User Interface for a toaster
Abstract
What does an intuitive yet aesthetically appealing user interface look like? This is a visualization of a user interface concept for a single household toaster. I‘ve combined familiar details with the possibilities of modern technology and made sure that your toast will be just as crispy as you liked it last time. Don‘t worry, the toaster can be operated flawlessly even with butter-creamy fingertips.

Switch on toaster and insert bread 
Set baking time (automatically set to last time defined baking time) by rotary pushbutton actuation 
Bread is being baked 
Interrupt baking time by pressing the rotary pushbutton if necessary 
Remove toasted bread 
Device falls into standby mode and switches off after a while
